end year camp email message
Hey bros =),
how have y'all been doing eh? I certainly do miss you ppl..haha.
To think of it, soon it'd be one year since we studied in ACSI, how time flies. Consequently as the years go by, we'd become ever more distant from the school, even from each other as well, though i pray that won't happen =)
Have you ever thought about it? as each batch of juniors join us as ex-ACSians, we'd have less and less reasons to revisit ACSI, until a point when the last batch of juniors that we recognise leaves the school, we can no longer use "Ah im going to visit my juniors! =)" as an excuse to go back, cos we wouldn't recognise anyone there anymore. Teachers don't teach forever too, perhaps there might even be a day where there wouldn't be anyone you recognise in AC at all, and ACSI would be nothing more den jus a memory and your alma mater.
There may also be less and less traces of familiarity left in the school for you to stop and reminisce about. The school is changing, not merely the infrastructure, but who knows? maybe the culture as well. Our very-much-memorable artroom is already drilled to bits, and our prefectorial boardroom would be gone soon too. Have u heard? there'd even be new ties, some blue and yellow striped piece of clothe. With the influx of girls things would change too. Perhaps Drong might tear down our cyberAC and build some manicure/pedicure thing or something haha.
K exaggerate alot, but you get my point. There are only so many times you can go back to visit the school with a purpose, and the end year camp is one of them. You don't see great great grand seniors coming back do u? haha.
So, with that said, can we like start being enthusiastic and start tinking up ideas of what we can do for an item/items etc etc? haha. Get this yahoo group alive and working again man! Same logic: if you dont use this group now, you might not get to use it again many years down the road! Discuss with enthusiasm!
Anyway not sure when end year camp is they screw havent decided. think Russell will tell us when.
