Just bout 2 weeks ago i went to visit a polyclinic for my tendonitis shit. I was hoping to get a referment to a physiology dept in hospital, but nooo they refered me to the physio upstairs!! haha damn screwed up but funny experience. Here's it.
After seeing the doctor, eh told me have to wait for about another two months before it should have completely healed. aw man now that sucks. Den he wrote me a referal letter to his colleague upstairs. i tot wow! finally get a certified physiologist to help me. I was thinking brightly lit rooms with nice doctors dressed in white and nice clean equipment everywhere. NOO. it was a blardy Physio Rehab center!! wth. For old ppl la!! everywhere i turn there were old ppl, not that i despice them or anything. I just felt really out of place. i mean, i AM the fittest person there la! its like so weeiiirrrdd like what on earth and i doing there?? the whole atmosphere was so stiffling. Den got some old folks do cycling machine until fall asleep somemore =S
Went to receptionist, stupid woman disappeared dunno where waited about an hour for her to appear, meanwhile this bus driver came and talked to me. Receptionist ask me look for an old lady at the other end of room to make appointment to see physio. Walked up. she was dressed in like nurse uniform. She was busy with patient, so she refer me to another old indian lady in same uniform.
Okay. So, she brought me to a table nearby, and started talking about setting appointment dates, eg ok thursday can? wednesday can? meanwhile i was like wtf why jump the artillery you dont even know wat was wrong with me just anyhow wack. After awhile i got frustrated so i said "okok no wait, don't set the appointment first. Can i see the physiotherapist first?". She stared at me and said: " i AM the physiotherapist". I was like mailto:WT&Y@#&^(&*$ she looked like a social worker laa! like HUH she doesn't even look trained! Her age made it all the more unbelievable. So i thought OKAY, perhaps shouldn't judge ppl by cover. Confucius say " judge book not by cover but by summary and contents page". So i talked abit ask some questions about my condition which i already know the answers to. Her answers were, bullshit. Not crap, she just didnt answer my questions at all, all fluff. I settled for appointment once a week, wednesday. She said could start that day, ask me go sit on corner.
I sat at one corner waiting, and thinking. i look at the therapist, she was working on a patient. SHE WASN"T EVEN DOING ANYTHING!! like wth laaa. I went to look for the receptionist and told her to cancel my appointment den i went off liao. Went back downstairs find the doctor to get PROPER referment. He explain that go thro subsidized queue in hospital gotta wait v long, queueing with all the ah ma's with leg pain back pain. So he asked me go back up. I didnt off course, went downstairs to buy knee brace and go home.
Den i met Shuhui downstairs! she had ponned cross country run to come buy mc..haha. After buying knee brace went with her to coffeebean watch her study. After that did some westmall valentine's shopping.
Btw the brace works really well, i think im gonna start cycling today! =)
2. Cross country
Second thing i can talk about is my school cross country. last wednesday(this week). Ah didn't run la, knee injury can't run. FIRST time doing race official duty. SO SIAN! i rather go walk in the forest. Anyway this year cross country standards so low!! i predict if i run with last year's condition i'd have been easily top 15 at least. Chong Guang got 24. Yichao got 34!! wow! haha. and timo.thy from my class got 36. not scared of canoeist anymore. they ain't much threat.
3. Overslept bus stop
Another funny thing that happened was a funny thing that happened about last week. I overslept on the bus! lol. no that's not the funny part. Here's wat happened:
I was tired after a long day, went home on a 174, can't remember wat i did in school before that, but nvm that. Halfway thro i moved the the back of the bus, and fell asleep.
DEn.. i woke up! and realized that SHIT i had overshot. Someone just pressed the bell and the bus was coming to a stop. So blur blur i just got up and followed the guy down. Got off the bus, stood at the bus stop, bus left. Looked around, GUESS WTF! all around me was forest and nothing but forest and ulu-ness! waa lau i was like err.. oh shit. It was like 7.40 somemore. Near darkness already, duno wth ulu place i was at. FRiggin bus. The man walked off to dunno where, some ulu factory/farm i suppose.
I decided to wait for awhile, den decided against it, started getting scared cos it was getting dark..haha. Mosquitos have awakened with blood lust and have begun their search for a feeding frenzy. And i was like wtf was going on? From on end of the road two stray dogs started running towards me. From cycling experience i know if they bark they're not hunting. i hate dogs btw. These two weren't barking. i was like wtf wtf. I stared at them and they stopped, and started circling each other. after like 30seconds there were like friggin 8 friggin dogs! i was like WTF WTF WTF! not good! They were distracted by something else i think so i started walking away the other direction. Im not humji im prudent.
Walk abit i saw a road!! have to trek thro this small forestry to reach the road. but argh shaizer it was a road but it was a highway! wth! taxi's won't stop. So i walked on to find the exit/next bus stop. I saw two bus stops further down, both so ulu and rundown, and covered by big trees.. Freakky. Thankfully a bus came from behind me! same direction but i couldn't care less i waved it down and the bus driver was nice enuf to stop before reaching the bus stop!
Adventure not ended. Bored the bus, tap ezlink, GUESS WAT! No money! look for coins. guess wat! only 40c!! @#*&$)*(#&$ Lucky Bus driver nice! he looked at me school uniform, and from my expression he knew i was lost, so he said ok can, btw this bus goes to boon lay. So i sat down, took to boon lay half way alight took cab home blabla the end.
WA freaky experience man! thinking back now, i will never be so blur again! When i was getting off the bus i DID remember ppl staring at me with that kinda puzzled expression. NOW i know, they were thinking "wth is a student getting off here for??"
4. Valentine's day
Next topic, valentine's day! This year valentine's day i spend the most la! Actually its the only valentine's where i bothered to shop for more den one person haha. Last year HAD to shop cos my angel/mortal same person and that person not happy i never buy !&#$^*(& so no choice. bought her a cute green soft toy, so cute i shld have kept it myself. This year, i made things myself! HAND-MADE! not bad eh! haha. handmade = 100% sincerity. I didnt finish making actually, didnt have time, eh production time damn long la. Must write small small words for the note somemore, so it can fit in the bottle, which is about the height of two sentences. and must cut paper and tie strings.
I supposed to draw an apple for isabelle, but end up doodling rubbish on it. Drew a worm, den drew wings, den it spewed fire on some losers running away, den came aeroplanes soldiers footman helicopters and anything random u can think off. Have to draw new apple. Met S.erena on the same day sitting alone, so sat down to talk to her. I realize i don't talk to her at all one actually, always just hi/bye business. I actually made her a vday gift too. I was just hoping to know her better (FRIEND), short note, had my email add too. She didnt add me till now, so i dunno wat happend haha. I hope she didn't misinterpret my intentions. Asked her to help me pass a bottle to belle too.
Gave Kaiqian a birthday present too! super belated i must say, haha. Damn nice la, shopped with zhenghan for it. She likes purple so i got her a purple flower necklace. It's sweet. Got quite a number of gifts myself, from usual ppl la. angel/mortal, the rest give candies. Good enuf =).
Oh i bought my mortal (pheiqi) a baby pink cap! tennis player-cap got relevance right. damn nice la! its wilson, i also want :( Bought my angel (hannah) a purple star-shaped pillow thing. DAmn nice too!! damn nice to hug la! purple with beady duno wat inside. so soft! i also want! Anyway hannah hard to buy stuff for la. She's quite generic, so i thought just get her something cute. Pillow was good i thought, i explain in some other post. Anyway i wrote an impromptu poem on it in school, here goes:

Not bad right! 2nd poem i've written since Jasmine's one..haha. Haiz. im really quite sad that she might leave, i just heard today that even if she stays she may change combi. Im not interested in her that way, i jus like her as a really nice junior. One of those ppl that can make a difference with their presence. If she ever cries when she misses the class she could cry on the pillow or something. Id leave the sad things to another post. that's it for now :)
