4.9 Class chalet and Prefect's End yr camp

ACSI 4.9 Elijah Class gathering!!

Ok this is a lagged post once again! Our class gathering was from the 19th to the 21st of december, at Costa Sands resort at East Coast Park.

Anyway 19th was a monday i think. We were supposed to meet at err.. 10.30am. But what do you expect, i couldn't wake up again!! =X hahaha. i woke up at like 11 plus, den my classmate called me and said i had to do some bio thing to send to him by that day. Deforestation crap, so i just dug out my geog elec book and typed eveyrhing out. Ended up i reach east coast at like 3 plus heh.

Almost everyone turned up!! haha. i mean among those who were invited lol. Poh didnt come cause he had training, Yijun had choir, Leon.. forgot to come on the first day. Said he'd come on second day but he didnt, so i guess im right to conclude he has no interest to come at all. Oh and i totally don't understand people who say " hey cant make it i got training ", cos like hello trainings are so often, how frequent are gatherings? Ah den as usual err the prcs weren't invited haha. we damn evil. Ra.hul Moh.an wasn't invited either haha wat you expect!!

Anyway i don't really feel like typing longg entries today so i shall keep this short =)

On the first yeah i went there late..haha.. The chalet is actually not bad, just that kinda cramp though, and bottom no aircon, and fan not working, and so small television, and not enough beds, and yeah.. A pity that it's gonna close down soon.. ANYWay, on the first day! went there, didn't go straight to chalet, went to the place above macdonald's to play pool. Ah once again the great feeling of seeing old pals again =) Did stupid stuff like playing the the stick the other way round and turning the stick into awps/ lightsabers with Aaron Fool lol. We even contemplated connecting the xbox to the hanging tvs around the area lol.

Walked up north and rented bikes, i found another shop and rented at a rate $5 less then the shop the rest (those who came early) rented from, so for awhile i had something to laugh at people about. (There always is actually). Gah i remember it was hard to cycle with a xbox hanging around your neck

Arrived at chalet, and we realized that the other half of our chalet building was occupied by ACSI's Band! haha. They had teachers there too. that'd be the AC block. Within 15 minutes of talk cock sing song the xbox was up and everyone was complaining that the blardy tv was too small. Harold tricked us into believing he did not bring controllers. Played project gotham racing and trashed everyone as usual =P im just too pro heh heh (cos others are deprived of practice opportunities since they dont own xboxes). Took our bikes, rode around, went bedok jetty blabla. Forgot where we had dinner, but we coped bbq food from next door heh. Played cards

At sun down round 7pm it was xbox again. and believe it or not we played from 7 to 7. dusk till dawn/sundown till sunrise/moonrise till moondown! well almost la, i went to sleep at 6.45. MEANwhile while those of us xboxed, the rest were upstairs busy debating over some cheem topics!! haha it was DAMn funny, having some random intellectual debate in a CLASS chalet..like helloo..haha but ah everyone had fun. It was all started by malcolm, who asked 'why can't i date a non-christian girl??' and after that i have no idea how the conversation stemmed into religion, physics quantum physics and all sorts of stuff..haha. Den ppl like eric were complaining that too noisy cant sleep so they came down play box too, while the rest like Aaron Fool and Jefferson just slept like logs. Oh jeff snored and they recorded.. LOL.

Second day can't remember what we did =S. Wokeup rather early (10am) considering what time we slept. haha. Man id fill in this paragraph once i remember what we did. I rmmbr before lunch we rode arnd.. Den brian's bike rear-wheel went off true. Walked arnd e beach too. Den in the late afternoon e tide rose again. so like there'd be these thin strips of sand leading to the wavebreakers. One of them had a fisherman fishing, so we thought of digging at the sand between shore and wavebreaker so he'd be stranded.. Haha. Lame ideas. Actually we're just doing mundane things, it's the crapping that funnysifies everything =) Played Brothers' in Arms with Aaron fool (Most of the time)... and walter too. haha damn fun!

Ahh here's the big thang, at night after sundown, me junyi david aaron dominic brian went cycling back to acsi!!! pro or damn pro...hahaha. Junyi led the way all till bukit timah den i brought them thro a short cut to holland road. i know the area duh its arnd hwachong haha. Went back to ac parked our bikes at the top of e hill, secluded area. Came down den saw grp of guys pumping at bball courts, turned out to be e st johns ppl! haha Edward and Alston where there! How coincidental. They got chased out of pe quarters i think. So we set ouch in search for him. Right outside mph ran into security guard. He asked why we were there so i just casually answered 'st john's camp' and tadaa settled. and guess what he pointed us towards somewhere and said 'over there'.. so we followed and went to this room.. and the acsi squash players were staying over there! lol.. So random we just walked in. They were almost gonna strip someone. so we sat in and spectated. SO failure la they failed miserably. We wanted to give a demonstration with dominic as the subject but we felt nice that day. Ah went to pullup area, supposed to look for teacher, but lights were off. BUt suddenly samuel sim came out from pe office haha, apparently we were making too much noise (like wth so random) ahha. we were like puzzled why he inside there lol. OH as usual for both squash and samuel sim, they'd ask where we came from, den i answered 'oh we came from east coast' den they'd stare at us with this look of disbelief on their face haha. damnn funny!!

Walked into school building. used our bike rear lights as light..haha.. Walked into red level toilet there, where we washed up and all. Oh my brother actually spotted me along bukit timah and messaged me. haha he was like 'wa night cyclists, not bad using lights'.. den he recognised me via my sailing shirt and physique lol. Anyway after toilet break we came out.. and sang the school song~ Wa felt great. How to describe, bittersweet. So saddening

OH den we ventured up into the clock tower!!! FIRST time in 5 years!!! haha! dammnn lucky la the clock tower wasn't locked that night so we cld go up!. first time ventured so high la!! haha. Dominic is scared of dark.. damn useless. k la i was scared too haha. but it was diluted by the fact that it was OUR school, felt more warmth den chilliness. Anyway clock tower damn cool. for some reason there were tonnes of footprints everywhere. We left our mark there too =)

Made our way back arnd one plus. had to rush so we rode faster. Journey to took 2 hours.. journey back took 1 hour 17 or so. Went to east coast 24hr kap to eat supper. Went back, sleep. No more xbox.

Next day morning nothing much already..went arcade..play game sing song talkcock.. den we went back.

Prefect's End yr camp
Man i can't remember much about end year camp already! Hmm oh yeah! Started off in the morning. Supposed to meet up with clarence david kevin and samuel tham for lunch at dover road chicken rice! Supposed to meet at 11, but i woke up at 11. HEH oops.

Went down to school to collect O level cert!! hahhaa i KNOW i am damn slow. But after seeing the list i realized i wasn't the slowest. The madam wasn't very happy either cos she had to dig for my cert hahaha. Oh den Bibi and Baba were there selling shirts. I bought the new acsi tanktop!! eh its damn nice la! its like track singlet like that. 8.30 bucks haha. i influenced kevin and he bought one too.

In the end clar and david couldn't come so left with me seah and sam. We mixed around with e prefects den walked over. I think the chicken rice like deteriorated or something. Not as nice as before, but we asked for more rice still.haha hungry. Ordered sugarcane. Oh damn paiseh it was a young girl younger den us selling chicken rice, and i still said ' auntie jia fan! ' hahaha.

talk cock talk cock dunno wat to do. so we went back to school. and just stood at the ramp watching construction workers build the STUPID *&)@#*&*(% frigggin IB building. Hehe we literally just stoned there for one whole hour la. Not bad eh quite fun. We concluded that being construction labourers actually fun job! its like hands on 24/7 so fun la! u get to play with machines and build stuff. Oh provided you get all your best friends to work with you la,and that you have a decent paying job first.

Me seah went over clarence house, supposed to come up with new dance but we spent our time listening to dumb songs and crappy videos instead haha. waste time. In the end we got nothing done. OH den Aditya came over! yes he came back from wherever he went to study. Damn weird la. its kinda sad. He's got some funny accent now, and i feel so weird talking to him. sigh. Its like you're talking to the same old buddy, but its like he's no longer the same person, and e person you used to know is no longer there in him anymore. like..argh dunno. I felt weird talking to him, just couldn't talk =X. So sad.... how ppl just change. Change is inexorable, inevitable. I hate change.

Returned to ac for performance. they had catered food, which was kinda sad, and it was at the spaceframe, which was even sadder. No more traditional bbq at dining hall. No more Mrs Liau.. =(((( I still hate bonguard (however u spell his name).

ANyway our 5 minute's worth of practice performance totally owned everybody's asses. No one bothered actually. and the 2005 batch of prefects didnt even turn up.. They dont care perhaps, after all they'd still be around in the school. We sang a song.. cant remember darn.

Fun too! =) Well sorta. Not as fun as i would have expected it to be.. haiz..
