today is just...wednesday? once again in hci not in acsi.. but i must admit now that hc life is really fun..since i'd made so many friends already..noting much about lectures today..GP was boring... i'd rather read newsweek ONLY during gp classes...maths was.. i was lost during lecture cos i was just trying to stay awake ah.. den timothy ( tech chiew ) was nice to be patient in helping me understand and keep up with the lecture.. during tutorial once again nicholas sat beside me..den have to ask him for help in maths.. i feel so demoralized that i couldnt do many questions..but he was kind to explain answers as well.. good friends i have
wa today auditions how bad la... i totally failed in my piece..before i went in.. i ran over to co room to get a bow.. cos i play german bows not french bows.. den i ran all the way back very tired already..den i went inside..den half sight-read the piece..like WA the bass is how weird la.. cannot play properly one keep pressing two strings... en somemore the bow had no rosin ( is this how u spell it )... damn sadd... but i managed to make everyone inside laugh..haha quite good tink i left a good impression..after playing they asked questions..den like more sad.. 'do u hav experience?'.. 'no'.. 'how many years u played?'...'1'..'have u played this piece b4?'..'no'..den like alot of questions are answered with no..den the conductor: 'tell u wat..since u never played this piece before..i'll give u about 50 minutes to practice..coem back when u're done..
I was like yay can practice again..but like wa lau lousy den need second try right... ok nvm.. i went back to strings room den rubbed my whole bow with excessive rosin..it did help alot...den i practiced..managed to improve also.. getting used to the weird bass..prac awhile later i returned den went in again..like so weird ' err hi again '..dey clapped den i once again screwed up the piece.. like wAaaaa how come practice can so good den actual so lousy..damn sad.. den later they asked more questions..joke joke laugh laugh..den i was about to leave..den since i placed my bow in the 'f ' hole i had to take it out..den it was like stuck..like haHa quite amusing to them..hahaha...not bad la..cannot play...but character and attitude there la.. i did state i was willin to learn and all..
after auditions went to co..like Wa world of diff the pieces so easy...den we practiced the syf piece..like waaaa perfected it already..den i tried playing my audition piece on the co bass...PERFECT man..if onli it was the auditions..sad.. play alot of pieces..den about 6 plus i slacked and left the LT..walked downstairs..met xuyan..den made friend with the friend hu followed her..and i found out xuyan just made frens with her also..her name's weeleng..from nygh..friendly person..like her hairband looks like pearl necklace liddat..xuyan say before she want to do jumps but den like wA she quite seriuos about it went for tryouts..talk talk about track and field den like eH? i can run cant i? den like eh cool can go and try for track 400m or 3000m steeple chase..not bad.. somemore during morning break andrew was telling me we were rejected from badminton cos we were too lousy..and team was full..but he said it was more of the first one..so like OK forget it canot make it.. try bowling and track..
im pe rep..how cool is that..today they onli required 5 pullups...so like ok pullups den den standing board jump.. i neveer knew i could jump so far..242 cm la..best record..den went running..no problem..somehow there aint many sportsmen in our class..its so unlike AC..no competition no challenge..last time i always had to compete with classmates for 2.4 timing and all..see who run faster..den always like to pace aaron fu..always run together..den he beat me for 3000m.. =( ah was a fair run..but pullups nobody can beat me..wahaha..except junyi..canoeists beat sailors..no comments..somehow ac is much more competitive..since everyclas has its own powerhouses..but damn sad now nobody to pace with already la.. i'd still be competing for annual cross country..have no idea wat to expect from other boys in hc man..i dunno the ave timing of other ppl here la..i may not even be top 30.. =( anyway after all that i went to pe office collect cross country class regis forms..den i found out there's mr lock a sailing coach teachin in hwachong! like wA got chance to sail this year la..he knows dawn liu also..ah sad she's a girl..race diff category cannot combine results..
During co i met my other double bass senior..his name is kenneth..eh the other one i forgot..mus find out the name..den have one taiwanist one..aiya that one dun care..oh den the J1 guy besides royton is bryan..better write down if not i forget..haha..bryan dyed his hair i tink..abit red..can tell one.. oh ya i tink delin's instrument is damn cool..some piano den use blow one..dunno wat its called la..haha.. yay if i join strings have 2 classmates glori and zong yi.. zong yi is easy to talk to as well i realized..not as quiet as i tot he was..
Anyway i tink the schools' junior senior relationship is a really good ting.. our seniors are all like damn nice to us la... grand seniors as well..like have a very close bond between senior-junior classes..this is someting new to me.. i tink its really working well..but acsi cant adopt this system cos all boys.. kinda gay..and sec 4s usually paikias alot..who would care..
anyway i tink tmr is scgs investiture..haha i was tinkin of going to crash..aiya but not already too late man..haha..nvm la just go there when they end..hope to find some old friends there..if i crash in with my sch prefects in my blazer that'll be good..but dunno how to explain to my parents la..like huh why u bring blazer today..
ah tink i'd bring my badminton racquet tmr.. go and join badminton recreational..den see if i have the potential to excel anot..hope to play with andrew or xuyan sometime..den ask them to trash me so i know really where i stand.. ahh homework not done...go do now
