that day i was just going cycling with my brother, supposed to go challenge him at the NTU circuit..Wah lau damn irritating la! i leave house no more den 3 minutes only..den wat? den crash la!! Blardyhell! What a waste man, i was feeling so good that day la, felt like i could trash anybody on my bike la..Bleah.. You want to know what happened? this is what happen, i tell to you. I came out from house there, then i turned into bukit batok avenue 1, the road along the mrt line la. ride ride den crossed the jurong east flyover. it was like a bridge, so at the coming down part we were literally flying down. Den after the flyover there was a traffic junction. There were no cars behind us, so my brother attacked at the traffic junction, before the green light turns orange. He attacked, so i moved into the 2nd lane and counter-attacked. I was powering on my bike, reach the junction only....den someting happened! No idea what happend man, suddenly the chain came off my crank. Can u imagine? you are off the saddle standing on your pedals and powering away, den suddenly there is like no resistance at all, nothing to step on!! There was power imbalance DUH!! i happend to be stepping on my left peddle when that happend. happen damn fast la..chain come out..i look down..step down left foot. and the bike collapsed to the left. I fell to my left and slammed onto the ground..skidding for about 6 meters before i came to a stop. I skidded 45 degrees to the left of the line of action..my bike just went straight..Luckily i was still accelerating man, onli reached about 29 kmph or so. To come to a stop in 6 meters! wow my body had been acting like the braking surface of a brake pad la.. My whole shoulder was scratched off, a patch about the size of your palm. I was elated at first cos my bcg mark was razed to ground zero! but den ARH! all the melanin pigment also gone! next time gona have some weird white patch! Ah ok anyway.yeah i fell down and skidded.. My helmet was new la!! my pure white Bell Sweep RC helmet!!...NEWW and flawless la!! so i fall down i was like Ah shit shit shit my helmet!! so i desperately kept my head above the ground and wa ZERO scratches at all =) Not over yet..when i came to a stop, i relaxed and rested my head back..AND hit the helmet on the ground!!! ARGH! got one small scratch la! damn dumb la why they use tarmac to lay the roads, it's so darn rough. Anyway the motorists were even dumber. Wa lau.. i skidded to a halt in the middle of the traffic road junction, den all the motorists stopped moving, i pressumed taht they were all looking at me la.. Damn dumb la.. NO-ONE came forward to help la! i got up once..nobody...second time still nobody..so i bleah just lie down there lie longer abit la..be a traffic nuisance.. I was lyin there for quite some time..den i finally got up picked up my bike and walked off.. Wa damn painful la. my bike damage! ah the bike damage more painful den my bodily damage la..body can heal bike cannot..bike damage my heart break la..the shifters and pedals and seat were scratched up..and my racing wheel was destroyed! the rear wheel.. Bent la..damn weak..for racing only cant expect too much..went off true laa..Lost all mood to ride..so i walked home la..not v far. Wa anyway the crash was damn spectacular la.. If i were a third party id have looked and like "whoaa!! damn realistic man! just like in the tour de france! "
